In this regard, Meteorological Department Director Manorama Mohanty said that rain has been predicted in South Gujarat and Saurashtra of the state. Heavy rain is also predicted in some other parts of the state. While forecasted in Surat, Valsad, Navsari, Tapi, Dang, Bharuch, Anand, Vadodara, Aravalli, Mahisagar, Panchmahal, Dahod, Chotaudepur and Narmada. Rain is also predicted in Rajkot, Surendra Nagar, Botad. Bhavnagar, Junagadh, Amreli, Gir Somnath are also predicted.
After November 25, cold flashes may increase
Rain is forecast due to moisture from easterly winds. Cyclonic circulation and trough activation are predicted to bring rain. Then after November 25, the cold will increase in the state.
