According to the list of holidays declared by the Reserve Bank, banks will remain closed for a total of 14 days in March. Banks will remain closed for several days in March due to Mahashivratri, beginning of Ramzan, Holika Dahan, Holi, Good Friday etc. Apart from this, there will be bank holidays on second and fourth Saturday and every Sunday. 03 March 2024- There will be a holiday in banks across the country due to Sunday.
08 March 2024- Banks will remain closed on Maha Shivratri/Shivratri in Ahmedabad, Belapur, Bengaluru, Bhopal, Bhubaneswar, Chandigarh, Dehradun, Hyderabad, Jammu, Kanpur, Kochi, Lucknow, Mumbai, Nagpur, Raipur, Ranchi, Shimla, Srinagar and Trivandrum.
09 March 2024- Banks across the country will remain closed due to the second Saturday.
10 March 2024- Banks across the country will remain closed due to Sunday.
17 March 2024- There will be a holiday across the country due to Sunday.
22 March 2024- Banks will remain closed in Patna due to Bihar Day.
23 March 2024- Banks will remain closed due to second Saturday.
24 March 2024- Banks across the country will remain closed due to Sunday.
25 March 2024- Due to Holi, banks will remain closed in the entire country except Bengaluru, Bhubaneswar, Chennai, Imphal, Kochi, Kohima, Patna, Srinagar and Thiruvananthapuram.
26 March 2024- Banks will remain closed in Bhopal, Imphal, Patna due to Holi or Yaosang Day.
27 March 2024- There will be a holiday in Patna due to Holi.
29 March 2024- Due to Good Friday, banks will remain closed in the entire country except Agartala, Guwahati, Jaipur, Jammu, Shimla and Srinagar.
31 March 2024- Banks will remain closed due to Sunday.
03 March 2024- There will be a holiday in banks across the country due to Sunday.
08 March 2024- Banks will remain closed on Maha Shivratri/Shivratri in Ahmedabad, Belapur, Bengaluru, Bhopal, Bhubaneswar, Chandigarh, Dehradun, Hyderabad, Jammu, Kanpur, Kochi, Lucknow, Mumbai, Nagpur, Raipur, Ranchi, Shimla, Srinagar and Trivandrum.

31 March 2024- Banks will remain closed due to Sunday.
