- An example of not owning agricultural land
- Example showing details of plot / building
Eligibility Standards
This scheme is available to those who have following eligibility.
- People who do not own plots in rural areas can get the benefit of this scheme.
- Applicant should not own any kind of land.
- The applicant should be a rural artisan or labourer.
- Applicant must be of legal age. That is, the applicant should not be a minor.
- Those coming from rural areas with eligible family or state or center from socio-economic and caste based census-2011 should be eligible for government housing assistance.
- To avail the benefit of this scheme, the applicant or his spouse should not own any plot or house anywhere in the state.
- The applicant should have been residing in that village for at least one year.
- Applicant should not own agricultural land.
Free Plot Gujarat Yojana Application Process
If the application process is required under this scheme, the beneficiary has to first apply offline to avail it.
