- First go to https://uidai.nseitexams.com/UIDAI/LoginAction_input.action website.
- Click on Create New User. Here you will be asked to share your code.
- Go to https://resident.uidai.gov.in/offline-kyc for share code and download e-Aadhaar offline.
- Along with this you will get XML file and share code.
- Now come back to the apply window and fill all the details asked in the form correctly.
- Now USER ID and password will be sent to your phone and e-mail ID.
- Login to Aadhaar Test and Certification Portal with USER ID and Password.
- You will again get a form, fill it completely.
- Upload your photo and digital signature on the website.
- Click on Continue to submit the form.
- Now you have to pay. For this, go to the menu of the website and click on payment.
