People who visit Lord Dwarkadhish Jagat Mandir must go to Greta Dwarka but to go from Okha to Greta Dwarka they had to sit in a boat in the sea. Okha is located about 30 km from Dwarka and the Holi journey from Okha to Bet Dwarka used to take about an hour but the signature sea bridge connecting Okha to Bet Dwarka is now ready. And this bridge is being inaugurated by PM Narendra Modi on 22nd February and it will be opened for all people, now the devotees visiting Bat Dwarka will not need to sit in Holi and take their private vehicles directly to Okha Ghata Dwarka. The sea road can be accessed via the signature bridge.

The signature bridge connecting Okha and Bad Dwarka in Devbhoomi Dwarka district has been completed and the approximately two and a half kilometer road is now being opened for private vehicles. This bridge was approved by the Union Transport Minister Nitin Gadkari in the year 2016 and the bridge was inaugurated on 7 October 2017 by the Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi.
The length of the signature bridge is 2,320 meters with a cable stay of 900 meters. Horrible images and videos of the completed bridge have come to light.
The length of the main span of the country’s largest brace is 500 meters with two main pillars 130 meters in height.
Four peacocks of 20 by 12 have also been carved on the two pylons in the main span of the bridge.
The width of this bridge of Bet Dwarka is kept as 27.20 meters, which means that the foreland road is prepared four-way. In which two points 50 meters wide footpath has also been kept on both sides.
One mega watt of electricity will be generated from solar panels on the footpath placed on the bridge, which will meet the requirement of straight light over the bridge.
44 pillars have been prepared in this entire bridge which took approximately three years to prepare.
A total of 150,000 cubic meters of concrete and 2650 cubic meters of steel have been used in the construction of this bridge.
The bridge is going to be inaugurated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on February 22, the preparations for which are currently in full swing, the opening of this bridge for traffic will increase the number of tourists and will greatly benefit tourism and save time to travel from Okha to Bet Dwarka. Due to the signature bridge, people will be able to cross the sea and travel to Bat Dwarka by vehicle.

This signature bridge consists of a total of 468 concrete segment approach bridges and 77 main bridges.
