Meteorological Department scientist Abhimanyu Chauhan informed that there will be no change in the temperature of the state for the next two days. Due to north-easterly winds, cold is being felt. But in between, there is a possibility of unseasonal rain in the state. There is a possibility of rain after the next four days. Rain is forecast for three days after four days. Rain may occur on 8-9-10 January. Rain clouds have formed in the state due to the trough in Arabian Sea. Because of which there will be no change in temperature for the next two days. The temperature in Gandhinagar has been 12.5 degrees and Ahmedabad 14.3 degrees. It will be less cold in the month of January. After two days the temperature will increase.
Appeal to Farmers
As unseasonal rain is predicted on January 8 and 9, the Disaster Manager has urged to preserve the quantity of farm produce and food grains. According to the District Information Office of Gandhinagar, according to the Indian Meteorological Department, unseasonal rain has been predicted on January 8 and 9. Gandhinagar’s Disaster Mamlatdar Shri R. N. has been urged by Parmar. Officials of the concerned department have been instructed to make necessary arrangements and take vigilance measures in Gandhinagar district to ensure that the amount of agricultural produce and grain lying in the open during transportation or in the agricultural produce market committee or any other place is not damaged due to rain. Further, instructions have been given to take necessary action from the local level.
