Eligibility Criteria
- To avail the benefit of this scheme, the income limit of the applicant has been decided to be 6 lakhs
Standard of assistance
1,20,000/- in rural and urban areas for construction of houses to socially and educationally backward classes economically backward classes nomadic free caste homeless people in cities and villages owning plots to overcome housing difficulties.

- Caste / Subcaste instance of the applicant (Economically backward class applicant need not attach caste instance)

- Example of income
- Attested copy of the allotment letter of the allotment order of land ready house received under any poverty housing scheme
- Aadhaar Document of Land Ownership Acknowledgment Form Title Form Sanad Form as applicable
- Certificate issued by Village Panchayat Talati Cum Mantri / CT Talati Cum Mantri / Circle Inspector for granting housing assistance to the applicant.
- Leave letter for building construction

- Example of death of husband if woman is a widow
- A copy of the map showing the area of the land on which the building is to be constructed, showing the quadrilaterals (signature of Talati Cum Mantrishree)
