Primary Scholarship Exam
Students who are studying in Government Primary Schools, Local Body Schools (District Panchayat/Mahanagarpalika/Municipality School), Granted Primary and Non-Granted Primary Schools in the current academic year will be able to take the Primary Education Scholarship Examination.
Must have obtained at least 50% marks or equivalent grade in class-5.
- Syllabus: Syllabus for Primary Apprenticeship Examination is from Class 1 to 5.

- Exam Paper: There are total 200 marks question paper for this exam. And he has 3 hours to write his answers. The medium of examination is Gujarati.
Secondary Education Scholarship Examination
Students who are studying in Government Secondary Schools, Local Body Schools, Granted Secondary and Non-Granted Secondary Schools in Class-9 in the current academic year will be able to take the Secondary Education Scholarship Examination.
Must have obtained at least 50% marks or equivalent grade in class-8.
- Syllabus: Syllabus for Madhyamik Scholarship Examination is from Class 6 to 8.
- examination fee; The application fee for the Madhyamik Shishyavriti Examination is Rs.50.
- Exam Paper: There are total 200 marks question paper for this exam. And he has 3 hours to write his answers. The medium of examination is Gujarati.
Online form
- The entire form has to be filled in English. First go to www.sebexam.org.
- Click on ‘Apply online’.
- Click Apply Now against “Primary Scholarship Examination (Standard-6) or “Secondary Scholarship Examination (Standard-9)”.
- Clicking on Apply Now will show the Application Format. First of all, all the required information has to be filled in the Application Format.
- The details of the student have to be filled based on the U-DISE Number.
- For the details of the school, it has to be filled based on the DISE Number of the school.
- The result details have to be filled based on the result of class-5 for “Primary Education Scholarship Examination (Standard-6) and for “Secondary Education Scholarship Examination (Class-9)” based on the result of class-8.
- Here you have to read and tick the guarantee sheet.
- Now clicking on Save will save your data. Here the application number of the candidate will be generated. Which the candidate has to keep.
- Click on Confirm Application. Type your Application Number here and type your Birth Date then click on Submit.
- Click on Confirm only if there is no need to correct the application. By clicking on Confirm, the candidate’s application will be accepted online by the board and only after that it will be considered valid.
- Now click on Print Application/Fee Challan. Here Type your Confirmation Number and Type your Birth Date. Then click on Submit.
- Take a printout of the application form. (If there is a need for a printout and arrangements, take a printout; otherwise, take a screen shot.)
